Super delicious strawberry cake, the strawberries are very fresh, the cake itself and the cream are also very solid and rich, it is worth a try.

Fly all the way to Taiwan, queue up 6.30am in a winter weekend, sat down at the side of the corridor waiting, while eating dust from pass by vehicle and finally got to brought one strawberry cake and enjoy before my flight back to Malaysia. Totally worth it. I was told this cake is the boom and it taste like heaven. From the looks of the picture it looks great. But just by the picture you won’t know that when you open the box the sweet fragrant of the strawberry fills the room and when you bite it its juicy and sweet. The strawberry is top grade and combine with the cake it’s heavenly. The custard and the cake is normal when taken individually but its the combination of the whole thing that makes it top grade. The sweetness is fruity sweet not sugary sweet, ate the cake with my wife and we finish it very quickly. Some advice for those traveling to eat this: 1) They only sell to public on certain day, the other days are appointment only. 2) each person is only allowed to buy 2 cake (i only have time for 1) 3) They sell different cake in different season (so happens to be strawberry in winter) 4) I only tasted the original flavor strawberry custard cake and it’s heaven. 5) They start giving out coupons for order around 7.30am, coupons indicate the type of cake left. 6) I took the earliest MRT and reach around 6.36am. The queue is at the 4th shop unit long. By 7am, it’s already at the next block. The advantages of reaching early is to have a guarantee on options of cake available to you. 7) The queue may sound scary but its just a matter of reaching slightly early than the rest.
