The filling of the chef’s special rich, smooth pecan praline and creamy, silky caramel chantilly was a perfectly classic flavor combo. The toasted pecans added a nice crunch n depth of flavor. The confection leaves a beautiful trail of deliciousness🥰 Pistachio Honey Layered Honey Cake🎠 The honey cake was moist n tender w the soft aroma of honey that goes well w the creamy richness of the luscious pistachio chantilly. The fresh chopped pistachios added to the textures n flavors. The cake to cream content was well balanced, making each bite equally enjoyable. Elevated Medovik vibes.😘 Honey Madeleine🪝 The aroma of the Manila honey came thru and mixed in well w the flavors😜 Chocolate Brownie⚓️ Decadent semi sweet dark chocolate w the earthiness of walnuts😌 Mushroom Quiche🎢 Savory n salty w juicy mushroom pieces. The filling was nice and tender, crust was buttery n flaky😋 Manuka Honey Milk Tea⛲️ The fragrance of honey was gentle but strong, which brought the flavors of the milk tea to another level. The tsp of honey was a nice touch to hv alone or stir in😉 Lemon Lime Tea🏖️ Refreshing, cuts thru the sweetness☺️ They use quality Manual honey from non toxic environments in New Zealand and use it as their flavor base for baking. Heightened flavors n nutrition while lowering the overall sweetness.🥹 They sell products from Manuka Health in-store. All products r non-processed w complete nutritional value, and hv all been tested for quality, purity, n natural MGO content. All products r halal n kosher🫡

Came across this cafe by chance and was pleasantly surprised by their desserts. We ordered a matcha tiramisu topped with manuka honey & strawberry cheese cake tart. The matcha tiramisu is not the conventional matcha tiramisu with the sponge soaked in matcha syrup, regardless its still really good. It has a layer of sponge at the bottom with a huge amount of mascapone topped with matcha powder on top and manuka honey. The strawberry was sweet with a tad bit of sourness which really compliments the cheesecake. There is also a thin layer of cake in the tart itself which was a surprise. Overall, a great place to visit for some sweet treats!

Visited Mr August Honey Bakery few days ago . Their Freshly baked strawberry cake as well as the banana pie were extremely delicious. Loved them both . Been using this manuka honey oral spray with propolis and glad that it was sold here too , very recommended for relieving throat infections or discomfort.
