2018 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday—the queue is endless, and there is a certificate from the Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo branch on the wall of the store. There are both Chinese and Western pastries, and they are surprisingly delicious. The lemon pie and raw matcha pie have crispy crusts, rich and pure fillings, and the signature Xiaoyueniang is crispy and not greasy. Fortunately, I didn’t miss it because of the inconspicuous appearance of the store! Visit again in January 2019, the seasonal limited strawberry tart is just as delicious!

Amazing taro cake, love that the cake is not too sweet and it’s really moist & dense. 👍🏻👍🏻 I would come here again if I ever visit hua lien.

One of my neighbors was nice enough to help me get a taro root cake from this store. Frankly speaking, I know nothing about this store. But I trusted his choice because he had bought a lot of yummy stuff for me before. Once I opened the box, the cake was well packed and prepared. I cut a slice for my mom and my sister. Both of them could not put the plate down until it’s finished. I then tried myself. OMG, this is one of the best cake I ever had so far. It’s not sweet, and the textures and tastes of multiple layers made it more delicious mingling many different yummy stuff on this small piece. Strongly recommend any cake fans to try it yourself.
