The best galette des rois and croissant in ChiaYi (using preferment and AOP butter) I would say probably one of the best in Taiwan, you rarely see the this good looking/tasting 👑 cake and croissant, perfect lamination, (suggest egg wash spray might give the croissant some better shine to it, sort of like the king cake shine 😄)
