West Central District, Tainan City｜小孩吃素(台南新美店)

A fully vegetarian restaurant with plenty of vegan options. The place is cute and cozy with a modern vibe and lots of Ghibli studio elements. Their menu is well designed with clear vegan options mark. I took the green risotto in a pesto sauce that was well cooked and maybe just needed a bit more seasoning. I also took their lemon & mango drink that was delicious and served in a really beautiful way. All of the dishes were beautifully presented, the service was lovely and the restaurant have good atmosphere with music playing in the background.

Nice atmosphere, well decorated with vintage furniture. Vegan options: I ordered the spaghetti Bolognese and Milo dinosaur. It can be done with soy milk. Was really good!

Nothing bad to say. Menus had easy to understand English translations. Both dishes were very good. Portion sizes for the price were incredible. We ordered the BBQ Lamb and the Butter Seafood Pasta and both were excellent at capturing the flavors of their non-vegan versions. The lamb flavor was more like beef, but still very good.
