Two foreigners walk up looking for a vegetarian or vegan meal, trying to google translate the menu, etc. One of the two kindly older women working here made sure we knew there was no meat (yes, that's what we want) and proceeded to serve us with no further questions a delicious noodle soup with a sesame-miso broth at a very reasonable price. You're not going to get air conditioning or other frills, but if you want really good meat-free food at a really great price, this is your spot.

Simple vegetarian eatery which provides more vegetables than average. The boss is very friendly and it's continuously open until the evening
