The delicious vegetarian braised food menu is clearly marked (vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian), with reasonable prices and sufficient portions; soy products, various mushrooms, mixed vegetables, mixed braised food..., and white rice. Those with light or spicy tastes can be informed in advance and can be adjusted; your mouth will not be dry like most outside meals after eating. There are also small hot pots and various dry noodle sets (I like the spicy pepper noodles with adjustable spiciness + Hericium mushroom and radish soup + braised water spinach; vegetarian dry dry noodles + sesame oil Hericium mushroom soup + braised cabbage; Wine-flavored sesame oil noodles + sesame soup + mixed vegetable braised food), dumplings, braised noodles in soup... and other options. And the business hours are until 9 pm. I visited for the first time at 20:50 for take-out (some items were already sold out). (It turns out that Chao Su Lu provided takeout and delivery of vegetarian braised food in the Twilight Market. After moving to the current location, there are a few tables and chairs for indoor use and serving tea (four people are traveling together, so you might as well eat a small hot pot while cooking). (Currently there is a lunch break and it is closed on Sundays. PS The store’s homemade Taiwanese kimchi is refreshing, sweet and crispy, and quite appetizing. There are also homemade bean curd and golden kimchi, all packaged for takeaway.
