Refreshing and delicious

It was my first time to eat a vegetarian healthy meal, and I didn’t know what to choose. Fortunately, the store staff enthusiastically introduced me to such a delicious meal! I dare not eat eggplant, but the store clerk highly recommended it, so I looked at it with suspicion. Unexpectedly, it didn’t taste like eggplant at all, and it wasn’t cooked very soft. It tasted moderately soft and hard, just like eating a photo. Same as grilled eel👍🏻👍🏻
