Its simple, just follow the rules and the owner will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Probably the best drinks I've ever had in both Asia and North America. The bar owner is a master of her craft Negative reviews are all from disrespectful people who can't keep their voice down (noise rule is because of the landlord, not bar owner) Also the food is amazing

Must go location whenever I am in Taiwan to visit. The rules are a bit more strict but I understand that it's because of the landlord (the bar is tucked in a residential and close to hotels). Go for their long island iced tea (so strong but yummy) and for intimate conversations and chats. If you are in a larger group and looking for a louder time, get the drinks to go and bring it to the karaoke bar that's a little further down the street.

Hard, HARD long island, reasonable price, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice since no one is gaming or bustling, 100% recommended.
