This bar is located in a small alley, but the inside is full of trendy young people. It is literally ‘experimental’- the interior is like a science lab! Overall atmosphere is very aesthetic and chill. The bartender is friendly and can speak english well. I ordered the tea cocktail with Jasmine Oolong tea and homemade peach liqueur- very fragrant and delicious. Highly recommend, had a great evening 🍵🍸

I have been to over 40 countries, and this bar is now on my top list. The thought, concept, and process the bar owners have come up uo with is world-class. They have taken a very unique and local Taiwanese approach, including local ingredients, which to most westerners is exotic and unique, and combined with classic cocktails to bring an experierience which is truly one of a kind. I had a few chats with one of the owners/bartenders, to discuss the approach to their cocktails making and to understand the bars concept. The bartenders are true mixologists/alchemists. There is a scientific precision in how these cocktails are made. They are incredibly simple in their presentation, but a lot of thought has been made into every ingredient and step of the mixing process. This bar is truly world class, and I'm not sure if they even know it...... which is the best part. The experience is genuine. A unique, artistic/sciencitic/boutique experience, hidden down this Tainan lane- way. Ordered two cocktails - about 800 $TWD.
