Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City｜Roxanne'bar

The drinks are tasty - not too sweet! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, even helped to tell us which alcohol supplier to go to to find X liquors we hadn't seen around. We were entranced watching the bartender mix drinks and chat with him a bit. Overall a cute, quiet bar with good drinks. Upstairs there is a lounge area and darts. I think it'd be great for a party if anyone needed a place to book.
