Absolutely brilliant. Though the staffs don’t speak english, they tried their best to communicate with google translate. The cocktails are superb and staffs are very kind to foreigners. Btw, shisha is not provided because of government regulations. Definitely worth a visit if you’re at Kaohsiung!
