Those are very high quality cocktails, the boss takes his job very seriously and will take time to deliver perfectly executed cocktails. To be honest, you will never find cocktails of this quality in Europe for less than 25€, and cocktails here cost around 200-300 NTD. If you are on a trip to Taroko, I recommend you to check this place.
