Datong District, Taipei City｜Bar Emperor

We enjoyed spending an evening at the small cozy bar. We were there on Tuesday so I’d imagine it’s much quieter than on the weekend. Huge selection is spirits, especially the whiskeys, good pisco sour, even managed to get a maracuya sour out of the bartender which was nice too. Really nice steak platter. Cheese and salami platter is rather basic comparing to other places. Very close to the MRT too.

This is an excellent bar. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. The staff is very friendly, competent, helpful, and kind. The service was very prompt, efficient, and professional. They offer a wide selection of drinks and beverages. If you are in the neighborhood, you should certainly give It a try

Very nice staff and good cocktails. The vibe is slightly too “high end” for me, or maybe we were just there too early so the atmosphere felt a bit more elegant than it should usually be?
