Monster is such a great bar, the service is the best, the boss is very lovely and will make you feel very welcome and the bands are always great and play a really good mix of classic and new songs. Best bar in Taiwan!!!

Spacious and clean. Very well trained waiters and waitresses. I've enjoyed my night there with my friends.
