Xitun District, Taichung City｜Return

Amazing little place, hidden away in a residential street. Delicious and nicely presented dishes, though limited selection. Menu has few but very nice dishes, changing with season. The staff/ owner are very friendly, making the visit even more memorable! Can highly recommend for both locals and visitors in Taichung.

I went south to attend a friend's wedding, and I had a good friendship for more than 15 years, so I had to move to Taichung with a lazy mood. I want to stay in a hostel if I want to live in a different place; I am not familiar with the place, and I thought I would be hungry until noon, but I accidentally discovered the return; the salmon baked at low temperature has a fresh and sweet taste, mixed with the richness of egg yolk , warmed my stomach ❤️The main meal is amazing in terms of taste balance, and the seasoning only makes the taste of the ingredients themselves stand out. The coffee is also great, slightly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. This kind of black coffee can make you feel better all day after a sip; the ice cream dessert also hides ingenious ideas in it, so let’s not break the stalk and leave the surprise to others... I am so happy to have my favorite meal, and I will immediately recommend it to my friends in Taichung.
