A Hidden Gem. Cozy lounge, discerning selection of cigars and scotch. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and is fluent in English. Visiting late one afternoon, I found it a great location to finish some work on my laptop while enjoying a smoke. Definitely on my itinerary for my next business trip to the high tech zone of Taipei area.
