Best bar ever for foreigners. The owner is super friendly and fast. After going there for so many times, I can say that I felt alive bar as my second house in the city!!!

Good place. 300 NTD and you get all the drinks unlimited. Play darts for 10NTD per game. Host is good. Play your favourite music because you have control of YouTube at the place.
