Taitung City, Taitung County｜Lin's Stinky Tofu

So crisp and yummy. Probably one of the best tofu dishes I have ever had. I loved the pickles and the sauce was so good that I slurped it down after I finished the tofu. Not sure why this is called stinky tofu though - it definitely is not stinky. However, it is delicious.

Recommended by the locals Smelly tofu that doesn't stink that bad, although I am personally fine with the smell. The texture of the tofu is great, cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce is sweet sauce with abit of chilli which complements the tofu perfectly. Small plate is 60NTD and large plate is 120NTD. Long queue but fast service. Seating available inside.

I love stinky tofu, and this one tasted amazing. The fried tofu is crispy and the Taiwanese kimchi is good. 🤤
