So great to find an inclusive and equally delicious noodle spot for non-meat eaters! Vegetarian, plant based people welcome! Very friendly roadside spot with a few plastic chairs to sit down, my favorite kind of places. Never underestimate these types of spots! Very friendly girl working the front and helped my English speaking only girlfriend read an English online menu on her tablet. As we scrolled through and asked questions she was very helpful in describing to her best abilities in simply mandarin to me what each dish was. We left with 2 dried noodles both of which were amazing. It had the right noodle texture and sauce that wasn’t bland or mild. +great service +quick as it was one person taking order and making +delicious and well packed noodles +I was okay about the wontons as I think it was a me problem, some type of cilantro/celery? I want to come back before I leave Tainan this week!

The side dishes are well prepared, and the taste is good. Although it is vegetarian, it does not make people lose their appetite at all. Instead, it surprises people every time they eat it. It has this taste that people often talk about.
