Gushan District, Kaohsiung City｜炸菜大蔬素食鹽酥雞

One of only two vegetarian fry ups in Kaohsiung. The other being down south on nanhua road. Super nice guy, excellent English as well. It's great to have a veggie fry up place nearby. Some of the other fry ups use animal fat in the oil, so it was awesome to have this option. The rice cakes he makes are the best!! And totally unique to anything I've had elsewhere. He also cuts his own potato wedges, which is a nice option instead of the store bought ones.
