Xinyi District, Taipei City｜蔬香素食

This is a fantastic vegetarian restaurant with a great selection of dishes that you cannot find in the usual vegetarian places around. Go slow on the accompanying sauces, as they can be quite salty. The vegetables are super fresh and crunchy though, so it balances out. The dolsot bibimbap is better than in many Korean places. Opening hours are also longer than in other vegetarian olaces. Definitely recommended.
