Last night, I went to this Pinshengyue Suxuan for the first time to dine. I brought my whole family. What’s special is that all the dishes in the restaurant are edible for vegetarians. They are not traditional vegetarian meals. Every dish is creative. Vegetarian cuisine is very suitable for taking the elders in the family. Moreover, the location of the restaurant is just near the intersection of Nanjing East Road and Jianguo Viaduct, which is very easy to find. You can drive to the parking lot under Jianguo Viaduct and walk for three minutes to the restaurant. In the evening, the four of us ordered two sets of "Chuyun" and "Muyan" respectively. For the main meal, we ordered "Xiangxiu Mushroom Steak" and "Truffle Mushroom Stewed Rice". The order and presentation have the feeling of a Western-style restaurant, not only exquisite but also delicious, it is completely unimaginable that these dishes are all vegetarian meals, and it also subverts my impression of traditional vegetarian food. In terms of service, I think it is also very attentive. Grandpa accidentally knocked over the water glass while holding the knife and fork, and the knife and fork fell to the ground. The waiter immediately took a set to replace it for us when he saw it from a distance, and came to ask us condition, and give us a tissue to wipe it up. In terms of service details, I think it is still a big plus, and I give it a high evaluation. The final dessert is also amazing. We chose special hazelnut cheese with Japanese handmade Daifuku, and the taste is also very rich! The hot tea that comes with the meal is quite suitable, and the waiter will come up to replenish it when we finish drinking. Although it was my first visit, the whole family was very satisfied with the meal last night. I will definitely bring my family to dine next time I have a chance!

The vegetarian set menu is exquisitely presented, and the ingredients are not sloppy. What is amazing is the classic signature dish "Hericium erinaceus", which is quite rich with a small plate of truffle rice, and the drink can be replaced with cranberry juice ( There is also mango sauce at the bottom, which is very special to mix and drink), the seats are quite spacious and comfortable, there is an elevator to sit on the second floor, and the friendly environment can be felt even in wheelchairs, and the waiters are friendly, and the unit price is quite high, but the meal must be amazing .
