Chishang Township, Taitung County｜Magic Monkey Kombucha

A fully vegan restaurant with a small menu that includes a burger with 3 different dressings and a kombucha. I took the burger with delicious spicy mustard, the manager also point out that he make everything by himself, from the patty to the buns, the sauce, and even the pickles, so it's like a 1 man impressive operation.

Lovely kombucha, and the burgers look simple but taste excellent. The house-made bread and seitan patties are delicious! Staff are very friendly, and we ended up staying to chat and play music much longer than intended :)

Kombucha is so so delicious! Perfect fermentation, perfect sweetness and good balance. One of the best I had in Taiwan. The Jazz guitar played by the owner is a treat. We love it! It’s a lovely stop at the snail alleys!
