This is one of the best Restaurant in Taiwan. All ingredients are fresh and natural. They don’t use any process ingredients in there. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pricey but worth at least one visit for the experience. Every dish was crafted exquisitely, with attention to taste, texture, nutrition, and presentation. It's easy to scoff at vegetarian meals for not being able to bring out as much flavor or depth without meat, but this restaurant delivers on the whole experience. It's a fixed multi course meal (no menu to choose from or anything) with a variety of fruits, leafy veggies, root veggies, fungi, grains, etc. If it wasn't explicitly mentioned, you might not realize there wasn't meat at all since each dish could stand on its own.

As soon as I entered the vegetarian restaurant, I was deeply attracted by the curator's special and exquisite layout. It is really a tree and a tree, with a door on each side, classical style, and Western-style dining. Every dish is so delicate and thoughtful, and many of the raw materials are grown from scratch by themselves, so you can truly feel that using their food and beverages will feel like returning to nature. It turns out that vegetarianism can be so delicious and healthy. I was attracted by them bit by bit, and I was very happy knowing that I like spicy food. The curator specially gave me spicy kimchi and added chili peppers. I am so happy and satisfied. Again Must come to Taichung
