The food is great, the environment is very clean and comfortable, there is no doubt about the meal, the boss and wife are very attentive, and the quantity is just right! The proprietress has been here for 5 years. She moved to Taichung from Taipei before. She used to be engaged in paper art, so the beautiful and exquisite tissue paper boxes on the table were carefully made by her. The dining environment is kept very clean. This is not easy! We highly recommend the signature soups, lotus root, burdock and peanut soup in summer, and Polygonum multiflorum soup in winter!! I really like eating their lotus root soup, because the delicious lotus root soup really requires a lot of effort and time to buy, wash and cook the delicious soup, and it is rarely available elsewhere!! The boss lady is a little older and although she works hard, she needs to be more patient when there are more customers!! The food is worth the wait!! Compared with the time spent before and after cooking delicious food, The waiting time is trivial!! Hmm~ Yummy!! Yummy!! You will feel happy and full after eating it~~~
