Xitun District, Taichung City｜素食臭豆腐大麵羹

Great little place that focuses on great flavor stinky tofu. It has a nice crunchy outside texture with a juicy inside. Hidden gem.

Simple food stall, but I like the alley and simple setting! Stinky tofu (45), which includes a lot cabbage and cucumber. The thick noodle soup (30) is a little spicy but also good!

It's not easy to park in the alley, but the stinky tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'm not used to eating large noodle soup. I'm not from Taichung, so I called here to try it. It's a good experience. Overall the affordable roadside stalls are great.
