This vegetarian restaurant is located near the Shuinan Branch of China Medical University and Shuinan Market. I ordered Sichuan-style vegetarian beef noodle soup. Although the taste is spicy, but in such a cold winter, the whole body feels warm after eating it! Vegetarian beef is made from shiitake mushroom heads and is not a processed food. The noodle soup is also topped with vegetables, mushrooms and other ingredients. The price is quite affordable, so you have to clean up the garbage and dishes yourself after the meal. It is only open during lunch and dinner hours, so it is recommended to check the time before going and park your motorcycle near Daifuku Park. If it is hot weather, I am not inclined to order beef noodle soup. I would probably order fried rice instead!
