North District, Taichung City｜Traditional Vegetarian Chow Mien

There is traditional chow mein here!! The owner is super friendly and nice, their food is awesome as well. Surprisingly, ppl have the chow mien with chili sauce as a breakfast in Taichung. That’s the experience I have ever tried before! If you study in Taichung Tech, I’ll highly recommend this affordable food place. Oh, you must add their chili oil. It’s sooo great

This shop used to be located near the Chinese Medicine Hospital, and later I went back to Zhonghua Road. I still go there to eat when I have time. Every time I have to order the vegetarian rice with spicy soup, it is super delicious. The small drawback is that sometimes the vegetarian rice has too little sauce, and the taste will be overwhelmed by the soup🥹

Conclusion: Affordable big bowl, authentic Taichung taste🤤🤤Must visit again~ ✅Fried noodles: The small bowl is almost full! The oily noodles are chewy and the meat is fragrant! Paired with Dongquan and orange bowl(?), it’s the ultimate taste of Taichung😍 ✅Danggui Comprehensive Soup: Angelica is fragrant and contains many ingredients! There are bamboo shoots and tofu (tofu is full of angelica soup, so you must not bite it in two bites! Only when you eat it in one mouth can you use your tongue to enjoy the pleasure of the soup spraying from the pores of the tofu into the roof of your mouth! ✅ Braised food $50 (bean oil, tofu, rice, blood kelp) sauce looks very psychedelic and super delicious! Every dish is braised and very delicious!
