Very special vegan noodle place. You pick the fresh veggies, pick pick the soup base, and the vegetarian processed protein, and they make it for you. A very navel concept. You must try it near this area.

It was great experience and a good choice to come here. The workers here are super nice and helpful. You choose ingredients: veggies, noodles and type of broth (the price increases according how many and which ingredients you choose. Mine was around 189TWD and I was super full). I chose the home made noodles and Chinese medicine broth on the recommendation and wasn't disappointed. If I could I would come here again and again. Definitely worth it.
