East District, Hsinchu City｜The choice bar

comfy seats, good drinks, and great vibes! came here on a whim tonight with a friend to chat and it was so nice! the waiter was so friendly and explained through every drink I wanted to make sure I would be comfortable and if I wanted to customize it in any way. From the English menu, I grabbed the lychee inspired drink and the Milk tea inspired one, both very different and delicious! I was tempted to get a third, but I had to be responsible. I’ll definitely be back, and with more friends next time :)

I'm moving to Hsinchu in July. I came to explore and found this bar. It's the best bar I've been to anywhere in the world. I live the drinks and the staff and it makes me happy to move to Hsinchu.

By far, the most consistent, well made alcohol drink I have ever had. It is rare to see such a small bar have 3/4 bartenders at the same time, the high ratio of bartenders:customers reflects on its quality drink. Although NT$430/cup on average is slightly inflated compared to neighboring bar, it still my first choice if I want an excellent drink.
