very friendly and professional crew to assist and clarify any doubts that you may have. food is fresh, tasted great although variety was somehow slightly limited, given that we visited after lunch hours (~ 2pm). had their chawanmushi and miso soup, both of which were still hot and piping when served! place was quiet too, with the store about 40% filled. generally speaking, most of their sushi and sashimis tastes very consistently to other sushi express outlets across taiwan and other countries too.

All is not bad, food is rather fresh. I enjoyed all my orders, the miso soup was served to me by the waitress. The soup was slightly bland but was worth the price. The potato egg cold salad was abit sweet for my liking, would have preferred it being salty instead. The cold prawn salad gunkan was fine, has a hint of wasabi taste. My favourite was the cheese grilled salmon, it was flavourful and worth the price definitely. Overall a good dining experience at this Taroko Mall sushi express branch.

I have to go with five stars because the CP值 here is quite high. Although it may not be the best sushi in your life, you can still expect to come in here and have some decent sushi for a very reasonable price. $300 between two people will have you reasonably full.
