The seared caramelized salmon belly sushi is highly recommended! The double hand roll (sea urchin + salmon roe) is also great! The hand-rolled vegetables are ice-cold and very crispy and sweet, which completely makes up for the amount of vegetables you only eat in sushi. When I first visited the store, we set a time for opening at 18:00. There were people waiting outside early, but because the reservations were full, the chef was still unable to accommodate us. During the meal, several groups of last-minute customers who came for takeout were declined by the chef. The chef insisted that the quality was not good. The attitude of being more welcoming to customers allows guests to enjoy the best service and quality of meals.

Top sushi quality, for taste, freshness and appearance. It is well priced and the restaurant offers a nice atmosphere. There is a very kind and helpful chef and staff. Fully recommended. I do not see how it could get any better.
