the best Japanese restaurant in Hsinchu Second visit 2022/11/09 the crab is beyond amazing. Do try it!!!

Very good Omakase style restaurant, pretty impressive range of Sake. Only letdown are the grill eel, abit muddy taste and one of seasoned sashimi overpowered the natural taste of the fish. Overall a good restaurant.

The attention to detail from the ingredients, preping, sauces, all the way to utensils used are incredible. Just need to pay attention and one would notice the fine details in comparison to others for the price range.
