Freshly made local street food catered to those working late or looking for a late night snack- pretty amazing fried small oysters with fried Thai basil, fried fish cake (known to locals as ‘ten-pu-la’) and taro rice cake, and fried tofu. They take care to fry items with different cooking times separately so they’re done just right.
