Many vegan & vegetarian options marked clearly, the food was delicious and healthy. English menu was also available for non-mandarin readers. The home-grown papaya from the owner gave us after our meal was so sweet. Friendly owner and a nice view of the mountains! We went for lunch and again another day for dinner. Highly recommend when you visit Fenchihu.

Beautiful views and delicious food! 2nd restaurant with the Green banners and signage. The attention to detail when cooking is apparent; we tried the KuChaYou Chicken and Bamboo Shoots which were delicious! Bamboo Shoots were fresh, soft, crunchy and delicious. Everyone who said they normally don't like bamboo shoots loved this dish. Moreover, the hospitality showed us by the host was immense. Must try if you come to Fencihu! Also, there are a few High Altitude mountain specialty dishes that you can ask for; something to suit any taste (soup, veggies, savory meats, etc.)

Had a great lunch here. Portions were quite big and we had a very satisfying meal. The boss and service staff were very friendly. We were also served complimentary papayas after the meal. These are apparently grown by the boss himself. Really enjoyed the meal. This is the second shop that is further inside, with the green banner.
