The best beef entrails soup in Taiwan in my opinion. The soup is mellow with beef essence. The entrails are chewy and well cooked. The homemade chili smashed-ginger sauce is good and makes the taste of the beef even better. Beef noodles and beef entrails soup are two of my favorite food. And I have eaten a lot in Taipei. This one is surprising good. I ordered beef entrails soup and a bowl of rice.
