What’s special is that the noodles used in the chow mein are wide noodles, which can better absorb the soup. I like this kind of wide noodles better in terms of texture. In addition to the must-order dishes above, other fried noodles are also highly recommended, so I’ve been back to visit countless times😂 In addition, there are only the owner and his wife in the whole restaurant, so it is recommended to call in advance to reserve a meal.
