Zhubei City, Hsinchu County｜Small Parts Bistro 小角色餐酒

A great and cozy bar. The bartenders are true artists, crafting drinks that were both creative and delicious. Highly recommend their signature cocktails. In addition to the cocktails, I also had the pleasure of trying their chicken gizzards. These were a revelation, perfectly cooked and seasoned with just the right amount of spice. Throughout my visit, the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that I had everything I needed and providing excellent recommendations. They clearly take pride in their work and in making their customers feel at home. Only a few things I didn't like were regarding design - a huge TV screen on the floor, located in a weird place; and lots of empty shells behind the bartenders. Overall, I would highly recommend this bistro/bar to anyone looking for a great night out. Whether you're looking for delicious cocktails, tasty food, or friendly service, this place has it all. I will definitely be returning soon!
