In fact, the portion of soy milk chicken priced at RMB 50 is not that small (I have bought less from other places). Love the crispy skin of their fried soy milk chicken. It will be crispy when cooled. The meat is okay too. Although it’s not juicy, it’s not as dry as it is fried (an old-style fried method)
