The waiting time is around 10 minutes as the boss will only prepare the chicken after taking the order. The wait is worth while as I felt the meat is tender and the crust is not greasy/oily. The chicken still taste warm even after I left it outside for 30min. Highly recommended!

The chicken steak has a solid taste, thin but crunchy skin, delicious ~ very tender and juicy. The triangular bone is also good, crispy and crispy, and the bone is also very fragrant when chewed. Just need to wait for freshly fried, but it is delicious, so it should be ok to wait, And there are tables and chairs next to you to sit down XD Pepper and plum powder, I personally prefer plum powder, which is salty and sweet, but the taste of plum powder is not strong, basically it does not steal the show, it is just right. I haven't tried other flavors, maybe I will try again next time. .

I just bought it and it has a special taste. I always have to wait for it to be delicious. I will visit again next time I come to Tainan. The taste of the chicken steak is even more delicious than the meat.
