Super friendly and supportive to foreigners! They would offer English menu to non-Japanese speakers and do their best to understand your needs! They also show you how to enjoy the bucket wheat noodles and the dipping sauce. During your meal, they would serve you a red lacquer kettle filled with noodle water. When your noodles are finished, pour the noodle water into your sauce bowl and enjoy it as soup! Very soothing and comforting with their delicious meal and hospitality!

A short walk from Yokohama Station. Ladies running the shop are very warm and friendly. Soba and prawn tempura is the staple. Tempura batter was so good and soba noodles cooked to perfection. Pork Katsu Don is another popular dish. Serving was generous and tasted amazing. I will be back!

Have had delicious soba, tsuketen, and katsudonburi here. Could be considered slightly pricier than average but well worth the authenticity and freshness. No line and plenty of seating at 11:30am on a weekday but was full by 12pm when we left. No English menu provided.
