The best meal i've had in HK. One star from Michellin makes this restaurant even underrated. Absolutely deserves better than one star. Foods were all straightforward with a huge impacts yet complex with a serious depth of each taste. Could feel the stubbornness in a good way of the chef from mise en place to quality of doneness of the dishes. +) fantastic Japanese touch for the Special Saba dish for the Black series! 🥰 Huge appreciation for every single team members of BELON. Thanks for taking care of us!

I had an amazing experience dining here. Not only was the food great, but the service was excellent. I cannot explain how wonderful they treated me and my friends. The best part were the giant wine bottles! I don’t consider myself to have much class, but because the sommelier explained everything with a French accent, I now have a greater appreciation for wine ! The chef also came out to speak with us after dinner. Again, experience was 10/10!

Great food but more importantly, great staff. JR and Christina certainly made our early valentines dinner so memorable. The chef, Jacob, was also pretty cool! Would definitely recommend others in the future to check it out.
