Definitely the most legitimate third wave coffee shop in the Mong Kok area. It’s a chain but they still know how to deliver everytime. I’ve never had a cup of coffee below a 8.0 here. Service is kind and clinical. Food selection and execution isn’t quite up to scratch with the coffee but it’s solid enough. Come for the coffee and grab brunch elsewhere. Coffee - 8.0: both the nutty and fruity blends offer plenty for any coffee drinker. I personally like the strength of their nutty blend as a first cup of the day but as the fruit blend lacks strength but makes up for it in flavour.

Best way to end the day in Hong Kong after roaming the streets! You know you r at the place where the barista is really into his craft. They offer more pour over options than just espresso and lattes. They are really into preparing your pourover down to preparing the coffee beans, cups and displays. And they take their time to explain to you the notes in the coffee. I’m so blown away! 😍😍

One of the best pour over coffees I have tried. Had the Finca Himalaya, Supersonic. The main barista was superb at explaining the coffee in depth to us. Will be back.
