Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Honbo

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! I got the “Honjo” burger which has 2 patties, and it was exactly what a burger shd taste like- juicy and delicious! The sweet potato fries were of the chunky kind which were decent enough, but we preferred the cheesy fries. The friend got the chicken burger but he wasn’t a big fan. The venue itself is quite airy and spacious and has a good view of the harbour.

I often see long queues for this restaurant when passing by Harbor City. I checked online and found out that it is a very famous burger restaurant. Among the best burger restaurants in the world, it is the only one in Hong Kong. The Gold Standard Golden Castle It's rare to get in line to try the most powerful Golden Castle! Containing 2 4oz pieces of beef, 2 pieces of cheese, bacon, pickles, onions and lettuce, the portion is indeed quite large, it’s a big one! What I like most is that the beef is very juicy. There is a lot of juice when you bite it, but at the same time, the burger does not become soggy. The texture is soft and crispy. TERIYAKI CHICKEN BURGER Teriyaki Chicken Burger I chose a beef burger and also wanted to try a chicken burger, which turned out to be pretty good too! The grilled chicken has a slightly smoky flavor and is served with onions, lettuce, and homemade teriyaki sauce, all of which go well together. The environment is also great, you can eat burgers while looking at the sea view, it’s really unbeatable! On weekday evenings, you can get it even after waiting for about half an hour, which is acceptable. I will come again next time.

Very good burger 🍔 and nice chili fries! This one is located inside shopping mall. They have just few places to seat, so the option is to get food to go, and eat outside enjoying nice Hong Kong skyscrapers. Price on the high side, but quality very good!
