Mong Kok, Hong Kong｜Good Hope Noodle

This place is well known of the hand made noddles. We are not able to see them making noddles in front of us today. I tried the 水餃麵 and I think the noddle was good, the 水餃 is fair.

Their congee dishes and soup based dishes like Wonton Noodles are on par with most good places in Hong Kong but what sets this place apart is their braised meat. Make sure to get a plate of just the beef brisket, it comes with a few scoops of their beef broth that is just unparalleled. If you order the Braised Noodle, Shredded Pork & Special Sauce dish then you can piece together the ultimate bowl. Shredded Pork, Beef Brisket, spoonfuls of broth and their signature noodles - worth coming back for time and again!

If you are thinking about coming here for beef brisket, dont think, just do it! You come here to eat one thing and that's BEEF BRISKET. God damn the beef brisket is so good! Literally can have 2 -3 bowls of it. The noodles and the soup were cooked to perfection, not to mention the BB. Glad we made the trek here to try it from the airport
