Perfect ambience, not noisy at all. Very extensive and exhaustive list of whiskey. Different seasonal cocktails (made with Japanese fruit) to choose from and the melon cocktail was great!

Ichiro has a wonderful bar on the 27th floor. Must do if you are a whiskey lover; but even if not, the other cocktails were amazing. The attentive service made this a highlight experience while travelling and exploring Hong Kong. We sat at the large wooden bar overlooking the racetrack track and rugby club from on high, entertained by the bar skills and amazing drinks. Highly recommended

Bartender is a Japanese guy who’s been here for 17yrs. His cocktail-making ways are really amazing. It’s incredible to watch him do his thing. Too bad the crowd that comes here is less than 10% Japanese according to him, but would love to help him get more. 😊
