Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜HONBO (Wan Chai)

Very nice smashed style burgers from a locally owned company. Not messy or eat, good portion sizes, and surrounded by other great food. Chilli fries were also really tasty, everything goes well with the also locally owned hot sauce by Flagrant Sauce.

Patty was good. Potato buns lacked character haha but still good though. Sides were surprisingly good. Only thing that needed improvement was the service.. waitress had a glum face the whole time

The little shop cooks some of the finest burger and fries in town!!! To get a seat, make sure you get there ahead of the crowd, say at 12:15 or before, otherwise there will be a long wait before getting a table. But the burger is definitely worth the wait. Beef patty is juicy, the bun is lightly toasted, the lettuce is crispy fresh. Side dishes like fries and coleslaw salads are all freshly made. Will definitely come back!
