Really tasty Taiwan cuisine with good environment! Spacious and clean place, variety of foods to choose from. Good service and polite, friendly serving. I highly recommended this restaurant!

I never thought that Taiwanese side dishes can be eaten in restaurants. It was my first time to eat oyster omelette with tea. There are many different types of classic Taiwanese snacks on the menu, such as three-cup chicken, crispy salted chicken, oyster omelette, pork jerky/braised pork rice and other delicacies. The restaurant has carefully arranged set meals for two and four people for diners to choose from, and the prices are relatively cost-effective. However, the set menu did not include the boiled mandarin fish I wanted to choose, so I chose the a la carte menu this time. The dishes take time to prepare, so you can eat cucumber first while waiting. The first course was pickled cabbage and seafood soup. There is a lot of soup and plenty of seafood ingredients. It is cooked with fresh shrimps, fish, clams and squid. The soup is not only fresh and sweet, but also full of the aroma of sauerkraut. The mixture of sweet and sour is very appetizing. The second oyster omelette tasted good. Put a lot of chopped green onion into the egg, which gives it a nice onion flavor. The egg frying process does not use a lot of oil, so the egg body is not too greasy and has a firm texture. The third and fourth dishes were boiled mandarin fish and three cups of chicken respectively. These two dishes are so delicious that eating two bowls of rice is not a problem😆. The boiled sweet-scented osmanthus fish comes with a choice of spiciness. Those who like spicy food but cannot tolerate spicy food can choose a mild spicy one. The spiciness lingers in your mouth, so you don’t need to drink a lot of water to relieve the spiciness. In addition to the left fish meat, there are also pork red and potato starch, which absorb the essence of the soup base and are very delicious. The three-cup chicken has rich flavor, the chicken is tender and smooth, and the sauce is rich and not dry👍🏼👍🏼.
