Central, Hong Kong｜SUSHI IMA

Very good little sushi restaurant in the heart of central. 1900 Hkd omakase menu was great and plenty to eat. Pretty good sake menu but limited others selections. Chef is pretty friendly too and explained the ingridients well. Service staff was good but can improve a little.

My wife has been to Sushi Ima before and was happy with it. When I went with her, my experience there met my expectations. The food was excellent and the chef was very nice. We would definitely go there again.

Japanese authentic decor, the price is in the top side (hkd1980pp+10%) in the evening omakasu menu. No ala carte is on offered. The staff was professional, friendly and 5star attentive. Fresh seasonal produce for all the sashimi and sushi. The dishes are quite thoughtful. The price is actually acceptable considered how many course was served. Pricing can be comparable to Tokyo's omakase. Highly recommended for the special occasion for a fine Japanese Omakase experience.
